Terms & conditions

1) Serviced apartments are exclusively for lodging purposes for guests and families. 

2) Operators must verify guest identities. · Guests are required to provide valid  ID cards (or equivalent identification) for all individuals staying. · Failure to comply will result in denied access. · Only registered guests are allowed entry into the premises

3) To ensure a peaceful environment for all residents, parties and events are not allowed within the apartments. Overall, guests are requested to keep noise levels low, especially after 10 PM.

4) Any illegal or immoral activities are strictly prohibited. ·

5)Hanging clothes or other items from the balcony is prohibited. 

6) Dogs are allowed.  Max one dog per stay.  A supplement for the cleaning fee may be required.         

 7) Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Policy Early Check-In · Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM. Check-in before 2:00 PM is subject to availability. Standard check-out time: 10:00 AM. later check-out are subject to availability. In any case is not possible to keep the apartment beyond 12:00.  Check-out after 12:00 will incur a full day’s charge. Note · Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. · Reliable Hospitality will make every effort to accommodate guest requests.
