The apartment comprises a living area with a three-seater sofa and TV, two balconies, and a fully equipped kitchenette (induction hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, kettle, and microwave oven). A spacious double bedroom with a large wardrobe and balcony also features a bathroom with a window and a shower. From the living area, a staircase leads to the mezzanine level, where the second bedroom with a double bed has been created. PLEASE NOTE: The ceiling height at the highest point of the mezzanine is 1.80 meters. For the added comfort of our guests, the apartment also has a washing machine and Wi-Fi. San Pantaleo is a small, enchanting village nestled among the imposing granite promontories of Gallura, boasting a privileged location between the hills and the sea of ​​the Costa Smeralda. San Pantaleo, also known as the artists' village, has acquired an undeniable refined charm and an easy-chic atmosphere. The apartment is located in the center, about 150 meters from the famous "piazzetta" dominated by a small granite church. There are several bars and restaurants right on the doorstep, as well as a post office, a minimarket, an ice cream shop, a pastry shop, a newsstand, and many quaint local craft shops. From May to October, every Thursday, San Pantaleo hosts one of the most famous markets on the island. Stalls are set up in the streets and in the church square, selling a bit of everything: antiques, Sardinian crafts, clothing, typical products, fruit, and vegetables. Walking through the streets you are inundated with the scent of oleanders and bougainvillea growing lushly.
